Work has begun on the construction of a new energy storage tower in the south-western German town of Heidelberg by Australian-German practice Laboratory for Visionary Architecture (LAVA).
The panels are lit at night using energy-saving LED lights. Moreover, these lights make the energy tower look like a giant battery by showing the amount of energy that the storage tank contains.
